HubSpot

Contacts: Contacts → Select All → Export → CSV

Deals: Deals → Select All → Export → CSV

Include: email, phone, owner, lead source, create date, deal amount, stage, close date.

Salesforce

Reports → New Report: Select Contacts & Accounts or Opportunities. Add relevant columns. Export → CSV.

Data Export: Setup → Data Export → Export Now → select Contacts, Opportunities, Accounts.

Keep default API field names (e.g., IsClosed, IsWon, StageName). Do not rename.

Pipedrive

Contacts: Contacts → … (three dots) → Export filter results → CSV

Deals: Deals → List view → … → Export filter results → CSV

Include: Person name, Email, Phone, Organization, Deal title, Value, Stage, Expected close date.

Zoho CRM

Contacts: Contacts module → All Contacts → … → Export → CSV

Deals: Deals module → All Deals → … → Export → CSV

Use default column names (Created Time, Closing Date, Stage, Amount).

Other CRM

Export Contacts and Deals as separate CSVs (or one combined file). Use the default export function — do not rename columns.

What the Free Score Is — and What It Is Not

What It Is

A first measurement using a subset of the Revenue Risk Framework. It identifies exposure intensity and primary risk patterns across your pipeline data.

What It Is Not

Not a full diagnostic. No dollar-quantified estimates, no severity rankings, no domain breakdown, no recovery roadmap. Those require the full Diagnostic.

If exposure is minimal, you gain confirmation. If exposure is elevated, the score will identify severity tiers — but it does not quantify financial distortion or planning impact.

That level of measurement requires a full Diagnostic.

Your Data Stays Yours

Your CSV is processed entirely in memory. No records are stored. No CRM credentials are requested. No data is shared with third parties. PRG retains only aggregate scoring metadata and support tokens.
